with all members present, with the excepiton of CaRnissioner Holland, Commissioner Prec. #1, and the following
,,proceedings were had:
COMN1iSSIONII2 RAY, Prec. #2, stated that since abstaining was considered a NO vote, he was leaving the meeting
while the vote was made on claims and accounts. Commissioner Ray left the roan at 10:05 o'clock A.M.

On this the 22nd day of September 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various Canmissioners' Precincts
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law Library,
Kerr County Public Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care, Loop 534 R/W and 216th
'.District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Comtissioner Baldwin, with Canmissioners Lich and Baldwin and County
Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Comnissioner Ray excusing himself and leaving the roan until the vote had been
declared unanimous by the three members present, it was approved that said bills be paid, with exception of Invoice
Nos. 9276 and 9277 (which will be paid in the new iisoc-aqi y-epa-ro.)-c~ '
