AND KERB COUNTY On this the 13th day of September 1988, upon mention made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray voting "'NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, it was approved that County Judge Danny R. Edwards be authorized to execute a proposed agreement, between MOORS SERVICE, INC. and KERB COUNTY, effective as of October 1st, 1988, ' Ifor refuse removal service, at the following locations: 1. One 3 yard Dempster for the jail, picked up Monday through Saturday, and one 3 yard Dempster for the Courthouse, picked up on Nbnday, Wednesday and Friday, both located at the Kerr County Courthouse, all for a monthly fee of $231.65, billed and payable totnthly out of the General Fund.
