of the State of Texas, (Article 3912K, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes). It is ordered by the Court that notice be
published once in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, that it is the intention of the Commissioners'

effective as of September 12th, 1988, and a 1 step salary increase, effective April 1st, 1989, from pay group 12
Step 1 to Pay Group 12, Step 2.

for refuse reccoval service, at the following locations:
1. One 3 yarY3 Dumpster for the jail, picked up Monday through Saturday, and one 3 yard Du[[q~ster for
the Courthouse, ?>icked up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, both located at the Kerr County Courthouse,
all for a monthly fee of $231.65, billed and payable monthly out of the General Fund.
