On this the 12th day of September 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved an order setting a fee schedule for Kerr County, for service or attempted
service, as recommended by Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson, as per Section 118.131, Local Government Code, with all
Sheriff's fees remaining the same as were set on August 24th, 1987, at $40.00, said fees to be effective on

On this the 12th day of September 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of adoption of the
County Budget for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1988. It appearing to the Court that proper notices were
.posted, and a public hearing was held on August 31st, 1988 at 4:15 o'clock P.M., and after thorough examination by
the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the c~ounity, the Court is of the opinion that the
Proposed Operating Budget for Kerr County, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning October 1st, 1988 should be
approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Catmtissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland,
Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said irotion carrying by
a majority vote, approving the Adoption of the Kerr County Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1st, 1988.
