I On this the 12th day of September 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of adoption of the
County Budget for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1988. It appearing to the Court that proper notices were
hosted, and a public hearing was held on August 31st, 1988 at 4:15 o'clock P.M., and after thorough Pxam;,,ation by
~he Court and the consideration of the public interest of the comrnu7ity, the Court is of the opinion that the
~xvposed Operating Budget for Kerr County, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning October 1st, 1988 should be
f^' ~pproved.

Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland,
day and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by
majority vote, approving the Adoption of the Kerr County Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1st, 1988.
