N0. 18111 ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FOR KERR COUN'T'Y, TEXAS, FOR FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING OCTOBES2 lst,1988
On this the 12th day of September 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of adoption of the
County Budget for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1988. It appearing to the Court that proper notices were
;posted, and a public hearing was held on August 31st, 1988 at 4:15 o'clock P.M., and after thorough examination by
'the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the commwnity, the Court is of the opinion that the
proposed Operating Budget for Kerr County, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning October 1st, 1988 should be
^'"'approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Cacm_issioner Holland, with ConEnissioners Rolland,
Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting "AXE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by
a majority vote, approving the Adoption of the Kerr County Budget for the fiscal year beginning 0-tober 1st, 1988.
