Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved an order setting a fee schedule for Kerr County, for service or attempted
service, as recommended by Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson, as per Section 118.131, Local Government Code, with all
Sheriff's fees remaining the same as were set on August 24th 1987, at $40.00, said fees to be effective on

!~.he Court and the consideration of the public interest of the community, the Court is of the opinion that the
