On this the 12th day of September 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin,
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 11380, date July 12th,
1971 be corrected, Nunc Pro Tunc, to have the words "beer and wine", immediately following the
words, "mixed beverages", so as to have such original order read "mixed beverages, beer and
wine", as recorded in Volume N, Page 238, Minutes of the Commissioners' Court.

NO. 18106 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A NINE PASSENGER VAN FOR USE BY KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of September 1988, upon motion made by Conmiissioner Ray, seconded by Conmussioner
Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judqe Edwards voting "AYE" and Carmissioner Lich
voting "NAY", said motion carryinq by a majority vote, approvinq that the County Judge be authorized to advertise
for a used nine passenger van, not to exceed an airount of $8,000.00 for use as a pool vehicle for Kerr County.
Bids to be received until 4:00 o'clock A.M., October 7th, 1988, and to be publicly opened by the County
Judge on Tuesday, October 11th, 1988 in Commissioners' Court.
Specifications to be prepared by Judge Edwards and Commissioner Ray and are to be on file in the office of
the County Judqe. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Publish in the Kerrville Mountain
Sun September 17th and 24th, 1988.
