On this the 12th day of September 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded,
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge Danny R.
Edwards be authorized to sign a Federal Aid Development Map on behalf of Kerr County.
