I!N0. 18091 APPROVAL OF A 4o PAY INCREASE FOR ALL KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEES AND ELECTED OFFICIALS
WITH EXCEPTIONS ~'
!, On this the 6th day of September 1988, upon motion by Commissioner Ray and seconded by
LCommissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a 4~ pay increase for all Kerr County
Employees and elected officials with the following exceptions:
District Court Reporters in both courts
County Court at Law Court Reporter
County Court at Law Judge
Adult Probation Office
Juvenile Department Heads (If the Juvenile Board gives Mr. Cawthorn a pay increase
he will not get the 4~ - If the Juvenile Board does not give Mr. Cawthorn a pay
increase he will get the 40.)
Auditor (If the District Judges give the Auditor a raise he will not get the 4e -
If the District Judges do not give him a raise, he will get the 4°s.)
The County Attorneys salary is established at $42,000.00 effective January 1, 1988.
The 4~ pay increase will become effective the 1st day of October 1988.

N0. 18092 APPROVAL OF EXECUTION OF CONTRUCTION-P7AINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF
THE GUADALUPE RIVER BRIDGE ON LANE VALLEY ROAD AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO THE
STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,500.00
On this the 6th day of September 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the execution of a Contruction-Maintenance
Agreement between the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation and Kerr County,
',.and authorizing the County Judge to execute the agreement on behalf of Kerr County. It is
ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a
'.voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of $50,500.00, which is 10~ of the County~s
portion of the estimated cost.
