Sealed bids will be accepted in the Kerr County Road Engineer's Office, located at 101 Spur 100
(Kerrville, Texas 78028, until 4:00 o'clock P.M., Monday, October 3rd, 1988.
Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, October 4th, 1988 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the '~
