On this the 6th day of September 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of

setting a date for a public hearing for setting a 30 mile per hour speed limit for NORTH AND
SOUTH LOMA VISTA, POLO VISTA, PALO VERDE DRIVE, CONTOUR DRIVE and MEDIO VISTA DRIVE. ~I
It is ordered by the Court that the Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. P4enefee, be authorized
to issue a notice that a public hearing will be held on October 4th, 1988 at 10:00 o'clock A.M.M
in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by
