On this the 22nd day of August 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Baldwin and Lich, and County Judge Danny
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carried by a majority vote
to compensate Tax Assessor-Collector Doris Lee Smith $50.00 a month for additional travel for
collection of city taxes thru December 1988.

strator under Commissioners' Court, effective August 16, 1988 at Pay Group 19, Step 2, $18,612.00
annually, $1,551.00 month, and $775.50 semi-monthly, subject to be reviewed not later than
;January 1, 1989.

On this the 25th day of August 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts aginst Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law
Library, Public Library, Revenue Sharing, Juvenile Service, Juvenile Service State Aid, Traffic
Safety, Indigent Health Care, Loop 534 and 216th Adult Probation.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners'
Holland, Baldwin and Lich, and County Judge Danny Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray
"ABSTAINING", said motion carried by a majority vote to pay said bills as stated.
