contract, supplements, and amendments, relative to Private Sewage Control, between the Upper
Guadalupe River Authority and the County of Kerr be terminated, effective 30 September 1988.
The Kerr County Health Environment Department will assume the duties and responsibilities."
Said motion was seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin
and County Judge Edwards votinq "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion was
approved by a majority vote.
