On this the 8th day of August 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the transfer of $2500.00 from 15-611-450
Equipment Repairs to 15-611-570 Capital Outlay, and that the Kerr County Road Engineer be
authorized to purchase two 6' Shredders. (Approximate cost - $2300.00)

N0. 18049 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 OUT OF ROAD AND BRIDGE SURPLUS TO OFFSET PRIOR YEAR CAPITAL
EXPENDITURE, TO BE ADDED TO CONTRACT FEES 15-611-553
On this the 8th day of August 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE" and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
~ vote, approving the transfer of $20,000.00 out of Road and Bridge Surplus to offset prior year
capital expenditure, to be added to Contract Fees 15-611-553.

Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Juvenile Services, Traffic Safety and 216th District Probation

Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid, with the following exceptions:
