On this the 2nd day of August 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commis-
', sinner Ray and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving the PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF RAINBOW LAKE, SECTION ONE, located
in Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, with no variances, and as recommended by Kerr County Road
Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee. (No roadways involved)
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB- I
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the

Base to 15-611-410 Contract Labor" and adding the following: "transfer of $10,000.00 from
15-611-555 Road Base to 15-611-553 Contract Fees".

County Road Engineer, to pave the Indian Creek/Bear Creek Connection Road to a width of 24
feet, utilizing the Road and Bridge Crews for the paving.
