On this the 2nd day of August 1988, upon motion =Wade by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that an election be called for residents
of Heritage Park Subdivision and Heritage Park Subdivision Sec. Two on November 8th, 1988,
for a Special Road Tax Election, and that ballots shall be printed to provide for voting
"For" or "Against" the proposition:
"Adopting a 15C per $100.00 evaluation Special Road Tax for residents of

On this the 2nd day of August 1988, carne on to be considered by the Court the matter
of setting a date for public hearings for the purpose of placing Stop Signs at various
intersections in Greenwood Forest, setting a 30 mile per hour speed limit for Rim Rock Drive
and Placing a 3-Way Stop Sign at the corner of Hollimon and Wood Trails.
It is ordered by the Court that the Kerr County Road Engineer be authorized to issue
notices that public hearings will be held on September 6th, 1988 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in
the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by
Article 6701g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, items listed as follows:

On this the 2nd day of August 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commis-
sinner Ray and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving the PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF RAINBOW LAKE, SECTION ONE, located
in Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, with no variances, and as recommended by Kerr County Road
Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee. (No roadways involved)
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
