for Road Districts.

NO. 18027 ORDER CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 8th, 1988 FOR RESIDENTS
OF HERITAGE PARK SUBDIVISION AND HERITAGE PARK SUBDIVISION SEC. TWO
On this the 2nd day of August 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that an election be called for residents
of Heritage Park Subdivision and Heritage Park Subdivision Sec. Two on November 8th, 1988,
for a Special Road Tax Election, and that ballots shall be printed to provide for voting
"For" or "Against" the proposition:
"Adopting a 15C per $100.00 evaluation Special Road Tax for residents of
Heritage Park Subdivision Sec. Two",
as recorded in Volume 4, Page 96 and Volume 4, Page 103, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.
(Should this proposition be approved by a majority of the voters, the construction will be
contracted.)

On this the 2nd day of August 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of setting a date for public hearings for the purpose of placing Stop Signs at various
intersections in Greenwood Forest, setting a 30 mile per hour speed limit for Rim Rock Drive
and Placing a 3-Way Stop Sign at the corner of Hollimon and Wood Trails.
It is ordered by the Court that the Kerr County Road Engineer be authorized to issue
notices that public hearings will be held on September 6th, 1988 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in
the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by
Article 6701g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, items listed as follows:
