i On this the 2nd day of August 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that an election be called for residents
' of Heritage Park Subdivision and Heritage Park Subdivision Sec. Two on November 8th, 1988,
for a Special Road Tax Election, and that ballots shall be printed to provide for voting
"For" or "Against" the proposition:

On this the 2nd day of August 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of setting a date for public hearings for the purpose of placing Stop Signs at various
~ intersections in Greenwood Forest settin a 30 mile
g per hour speed limit for Rim Rock Drive
and Placing a 3-Way Stop Sign at the corner of Hollimon and Wood Trails.
It is ordered by the Court that the Kerr County Road Engineer be authorized to issue
' notices that public hearings will be held on September 6th, 1988 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in
the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by
Article 6701g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, items listed as follows:
