HANSON AS A JAILER-DISPATCHER, EFFECTIVE JUNE 14, 1988 On this the 21st day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the request of Clifton A. Greeson, Sheriff, for employment of WILLIAM B. HANSON as a JAILER/DISPATCHER, effective as of June 14th, 1988, at a salary of $13,502.00 per annum, $1125.17 monthly, $562.58 semi-monthly, Pay Group 13 Step 1, payable out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 18016 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO SECTION 4.15 OF THE KERR COUNTY PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL On this the 21st day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards I voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving amendment to Section 4.15 of the Kerr County Personnel Policy Manual, so as to provide for a mandatory physical examination for all prospective Kerr County Employees, which physical shall include standard drug testing procedures. After the results from the doctor's examination is received by the elected official or department head, he will sukmit to the com- missioners' court a Personnel Action Form listing the name of the applicant, the requested classification, beginning salary, and the effective date of employment. A copy of the applicant's resisne or application for employment, physical examination re- sults, and Employment Eligibility Verification (Form 1-9) will be attached to the Personnel Action Form. When approved, a court order containing this information will be recorded in the minutes of the court and the minute order number recorded on the Personnel Action Form.
