On this the 12th day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved payment to the KERRVILLE PUBLIC
UTILITY BOARD in the amount of $180.00 for electrical service for Flashing Beacons on Ranchero,
Road School Zones, and that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw
a voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund - #15-611-457 in the above amount, payable to KERRVILLE

OF 280.81
On this the 12th day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment of Invoice 7084 to SIMON HARRIS,
JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER, in the amount of $280.81, out of the General Fund, Expense Code
23-570-426, for travel, meals and lodging.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $280.81, payable to SIMON J. HARRIS.

and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving a plan submitted to the Court for the reallocation of office space for a computer
room, by remodeling a portion of the Tax Assessor-Collector's Office for access to the compute ,
pursuant to floor plan attached and made a part of this order. ~

FOR THE REALLOCATION OF OFFICE SPACE FOR A COMPUTER ROOM

by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE"
and Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving that the sum of $1,000.00 be allocated out of Major Repairs - 10-510-550 for building
materials only, for the reallocation of office space for a computer room, and that Frank L.
Speakmon, Superintendent of Maintenance, be authorized to construct three walls with three
