On this the 12th day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF HIGH POINTE, located
~~ in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, as recommended by Kerr County Road Engineer,
~' Gerald W. Menefee, subject to the County Attorney's approval of a Letter of Credit in the
amount of $3,780.00, and Trust Agreement in Lieu of Maintenance Bond.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
' tions that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
