ANNUAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, JULY 27-29, 1988
On this the 11th day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by ''
~ Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment of $95.00 for Registration Fees
for Commissioner Bill Ray to attend the 7th Annual Professional Development Conference in
' Austin, Texas on July 27th-29th, 1988.

ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND TRANSFER OF $300.00 FROM OFFICE SUPPLIES - 10-475-310 TO
CAPITAL OUTLAY - 10-475-570 FOR TWO FILE CABINETS
On this the 11th day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an Emergency Budget Amendment for the
I' County Attorney's Office and transfer of $300.00 from Office Supplies - 10-475-310 to Capital
Outlay - 10-475-570 for two file cabinets.

'~' NO. 17984 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF $7959.40 TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE
BALANCE OWING ON THE THIRD QUARTERLY PAYMENT FOR OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1988
On this the 11th day of July 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the payment of $7,959.40, which is the
balance owing on the Third Quarterly Payment to the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT, for tax
appraisal office expenses for the year 1988.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund (10-660-471), payable to the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL
DISTRICT, in the above amount.
