authorize Michael Neal Walker, Architect, to progress with proposed planning of building
for the Road and Bridge Department and Health Environmental Department at Spur 100 Yard.
Motion failed for lack of a second.

the Road and Bridge Department and Health Environmental Department at Spur 100 Yard.

Motion was seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland and Baldwin ~i
voting "AYE" and Commissioners Ray and Lich and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion
failed by a majority vote.

May 28th, 1985, between the City of Kerrville and County of Kerr, Lessor, and S & S Aviation,
Inc., Lessee (name changed to Kerrville Air, Inc.), and approval of ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE
AND CONSENT FORM in favor of Citizens National Bank, City Of Kerrville and County Of Kerr,
Landlord, and KERRVILLE AIR, INC., Tenant, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge, Danny R. Edwards, be authorized to execute
Addendum No. 1 and Estoppel Certificate and Consent Form on behalf of Kerr County.

Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF SOUTH OAKS SEC. 3, with
no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
