', NO. 17964 APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS WITH MIND-MICROGRAPHICS, INC., FOR MINOLTA DUAL
HEAD CAMERA AND READER PRINTER
On this the 27th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
maintenance agreements for a Dlinolta Dual Head Camera, Serial No. 162213, including Camera
Heads, Serial Nos. 106826 and 106821, in the amount of $392.00 per annum, and one Minolta
Reader/Printer, Serial No. 360343 in the amount of $658.00 per annum, total amount being
$1,050.00, as requested by County Clerk Patricia Dye.
(Payments on the above equipment approved in Order No. 17958, Inv. 6789 and 6790, along with
the Claims and Accounts).

N0. 17965 MOTION BY COMMISSIONER RAY TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER
AUTHORITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, EFFECTIVE 9-30-1988
On this the 27th day of June 1988, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray and seconded
by Commissioner Holland, to cancel the contract with Upper Guadalupe River Authority for
Environmental Health Services, effective as of September 30th, 1988.
Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voted "NAY" and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINED FROM
VOTING", said motion failed by a majority vote.

N0. 17967 APPROVAL OF BUDGETED AMOUNT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE THIRD
QUARTERLY PAYMENT FOR TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1988
On this the 27th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to pay the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL
DISTRICT the balance of the budgeted amount of $10,577.60 for the Third Quarterly Payment,
subject to verification of the correct amount due, for tax appraisal office expenses for the
year 1988.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund (10-660-471), payable to the KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL
DISTRICT, in the above amount.
