COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON JUNE 27th, 1988 at 10:00
o'clock A. M., with all members of the Court present, with the exception of County Judge,
Danny R. Edwards.
Commissioner Victor Lich served as Presiding Officer of the the Court in the
absence of the County Judge, and the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17958 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 27th day of June 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County
Law Library, Public Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care
and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

NO. 17959 APPROVAL OF ESTABLISHING LINE ITEM NO. 10-458-485 FOR CONFERENCES FOR THE
JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PREC. 4
On this the 27th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved establishing line item No. 10-458-485
for Conferences for the Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. Four.

NO. 17960 APPROVAL TO ESTABLISH LINE ITEM 70-450-455 IN PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR
PLANNING, CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING
On this the 27th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved to establish line item 70-450-455
in the Permanent Improvement Fund for Planning, Construction and Remodeling.

N0. 17961 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MICHAEL NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR REVISIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE 2ND FLOOR
On this the 27th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an invoice for Professional Services
for Michael Neal Walker for Revisions and Alterations to Kerr county Courthouse 2nd Floor,
in the amount of $698.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Permanent Improvement Fund in the above amount, Code No. 70-450-455,
payable to MICHAEL NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT.

NO. 17962 APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $580.50 AND CREATING LINE ITEM
15-600-580
On this the 27th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment in the amount of
$580.50 and creating line item 15-600-580.
It is ordered by the court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $580.50 out of line item 15-600-580, payable to MICHAEL
NEAL WALKER, ARCHITECT, for professional services for Kerr County Office Facilities Spur 100
at SH 27.
