authorized to transport drug dog to Rosharon, Texas.

On this the 17th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Third Amendment to Agreement dated
May 10th, 1982, Order No. 14660, between Kerr County and the Hill Country District Junior
Livestock Show Association, establishing procedures and charges for the rental of the Kerr
County Livestock Exhibition Buildings, effective as of July 1st, 1988, listed as follows:
Old Building: Front 1/3
1. Commercial Use
a. $110.00 per day, plus heat or air conditioning charge
b. $ 40.00 per day heat or air conditioning charge
2. Private Use
a.	$	50.00	per	day,	plus	heat	or air conditioning charge
b.	$	25.00	per	day	heat	or air	conditioning charge
Above rates are for 6 hours per day use, with $5.00 per hour charge over 6 hours per day.
Events booked prior to June 17th, 1988 shall be charges applicable rate on date of
booking.
