MENEFEE, AUTHORIZED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH PLAN FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN GREENWOOD FOREST SECTION Z'HREE On this the 14th day of June 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carried by a majority vote, approving that the Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee, be authorized to move forward with a plan for a drainage easement in Greenwood Forest Section Three, and those tracts of undeveloped land owned by Mr. Dan Johnson, located immediately downstream. As a part of this plan, hir. Dan Johnson shall construct a trapezoidal channel with finished dimensions of 5 foot minimum bottom width; 2 foot minimum depth, and. 3:1 side slopes, as previously recommended by Gerald W. Dienefee, Kerr County Road Engineer.
