NO. 17926 ORDER AUTHORIZING PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A 30 MILE PER HOUR SPITED
LIMIT ON VARIOUS STREETS IN GREENWOOD FOREST
On this the 31st day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Road Engineer be
authorized to publish a notice for a public hearing, to be held on June 28th, 1988 at 11:00
o'clock A. M., in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, for
the establishment of a 30 mile per hour speed limit on various streets in Greenwood Forest,
listed as follows:

STATE HIGHWAY 39 AND CAMP ARROWHEAD BRIDGE
On this the 31st day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Road Engineer
be authorized to publish a notice for a public hearing, to be held on June 28th, 1988 at
11:15 o'clock A. M., in the County Courtroom, for the establishment of a "NO PARKING" Zone,
between State Highway 39 and Camp Arrowhead Bridge.

N0. 17928 MOTION TO APPROVE REVISION OF PLAT OF BEAR PAW RANCH TRACT 17
On this the 31st day of May 1988, a motion was made by Commissioner Lich and seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin to approve the Revision of Plat of Bear Paw Ranch Tract 17, subject
to proper sign offs on plat.
Commissioners Holland and Ray voted "NAY" and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINED FROM
VOTING", said motion failed.

On this the 31st day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid of A4ASTERS
CONSTRUCTION CO. in the amount of $20,921.00 for construction of Road and Drainage Improve-
ments for West Creek Heights Subdivision, as per construction contract, and as recommended ! ._
by Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee.
