Motion failed for lack of a g P 5 iiALF OF PAVING COSTS TO PAVE EAGLE RIDGE ROAD 1988, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray to accept one- Eagle Ridge Road, subject to work being done in the next second. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17923 ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN WESTWOOD OAKS SECTION THREE On this the 31st day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded !'by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of roadways in WESTWOOD OAKS II ''SECTION THREE, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, as recommended by Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee, and that Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 165, dated August 21, 1986, of First National Bank of Kerrville be released to Landon Jones, d/b/a Westwood Oaks. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o " NO. 17924 REQUEST OF RUSK PROPERTIES COMPANY FOR VARIANCE FROM KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", CONCERNING A 4,460 ACRE TRACT On this the 31st day of May 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the request of RUSK PROPERTIES COMPANY, as to whether or not a 4,460 acre ranch near Kerrville, known as Cypress Creek Ranch (formerly ~Qhiskey Canyon Ranch), located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct 3, would be considered a subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations" Said tracts range in size from 2401 acres to 7601 acres. Motion was made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimously approved and determined by the Court that said tract of 4,460 acres is not subject to the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations", as concerns platting, and that said request be granted, subject to approval by the City of Kerrville and that no tracts smaller than 200 acres will be sold. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 17925 BIDS FOR PAVING IN WEST CREEK HEIGHTS AND FOR PAVING LILLIAN AND VINE STREETS REFERRED TO KERR COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 31st day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that bids for paving in West Creek Heights and for paving Lillian and Vine Streets be referred to the Kerr County Road Engineer for study'' and recommendation.
