On this the 23rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment of the Justice of the
Peace of Precinct One and creating Line Item No. 10-455-430 for Notices.

N0. 17911 APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT TO RONALD L. SUTTONr DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE
198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 23rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a supplemental payment to RONALD L.
SUTTON, DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT, in the amount of $4,000.00 for the
balance of the fiscal year, out of the sum of $10,000.00 previously paid into the treasury
of Kerr County by said District Attorney under judgment of the 198th District Court.

NO. 17912 APPROVAL OF REPEAT FOR LOTS NOS. 21-A & 21-B IN KERRVILLE COUNTRY ESTATES
On this the 23rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT FOR LOTS NOS. 21-A & 21-B IN
KERRVILLE COUNTRY ESTATES, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on
