Special Session of the Commissioners' Court.

The Kerr County Commissioners' Court met in Regular Session on Monday, May 9, 1988 and
did canvass the election results of an election on the conversion of THE DIVIDE COMMON SCHOOL
DISTRICT into THE DIVIDE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. The election carried with 52 votes for
Conversion and 1 vote against. Commissioner Baldwin made the motion that the ballots be
