PEACE OF PRECINCT ONE
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment for the Justice
of the Peace of Precinct One, by increasing budget in an amount of $1100.00 for relief help
for five weeks and creating new line item.

On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to reject all bids for paving for
Roundabout and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies within the West Creek Heights Subdivision
and Lillian and Vine Streets.

On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving that the Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee, be authorized
to re=advertise for bids for paving for Roundabout and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies
within the West Creek Heights Subdivision.

authorized to re-advertise for separate bids for paving Lillian and Vine Streets.
Bids to be received until 9:00 o'clock A. M., Tuesday, May 31st, 1988 at the office of
the Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee. I
Specifications are on file in the office of the Road Engineer.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 o'clock A. M., May 31st, 1988 in
Special Session of the Commissioners' Court.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

N0. 17894 CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS -- DIVIDE COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Kerr County Commissioners' Court met in Regular Session on Monday, May 9, 1988 and
did canvass the election results of an election on the conversion of THE DIVIDE COMMON SCHOOL
DISTRICT into THE DIVIDE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. The election carried with 52 votes for
Conversion and 1 vote against. Commissioner Baldwin made the motion that the ballots be
~' certified and Commissioner Ray seconded the motion. Dlotion carried unanimously.
