NO. 17890 APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT AND CREATING NEW LINE ITEM FOR THE JUSTICE OF THE
PEACE OF PRECINCT ONE
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment for the Justice
of the Peace of Precinct One, by increasing budget in an amount of $1100.00 for relief help
for five weeks and creating new line item.

NO. 17891 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF REICHENAU BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR ROAD AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON INDIAN CREEK/BEAR CREEK CONNECTION ROAD
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously accepted the bid of REICHENAU BROTHERS

CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, ,INC. , in the amount of $24, 880.00 for road and drainage improvements on Inuian Creek /
Sear Creek Connection Road, and as recommended by Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee.

NO. 17892 REJECTION OF ALL BIDS FOR PAVING FOR ROUNDABOUT AND THAT PORTION OF SANDY LANE
THAT LIES WITHIN THE WEST CREEK HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION AND LILLIAN AND VINE STREETS
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to reject all bids for paving for
Roundabout and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies within the West Creek Heights Subdivision
and Lillian and Vine Streets.

NO. 17893 KERR COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER AUTHORIZED TO RE-ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PAVING FOR
ROUNDABOUT AND THAT PORTION OF SANDY LANE THAT LIES WITHIN THE WEST CREEK
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION AND TO RE-ADVERTISE FOR SEPARATE BIDS FOR PAVING LILLIAN
AND VINE STREETS
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by

voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a

to re=advertise for bids for paving for Roundabout and that portion of Sandy Lane that lies
