FOR LOOP 534 AND AUTHORIZATION OF COUNTY Jii,DG;. TO SIGN CERTIFICATION ON BEHALF OF
KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a reimbursement to LOWER COLORADO RIVER
AUTHORITY in the amount of $67,008.14 for utility adjustments for Loop 534 and authorized
County Judge Edwards to sign the "Tabulation of Utility Adjustments" Certification on behalf
of Kerr County.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Loop 534 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $67,008.14, payable to
LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY for said utility adjustments.
(Kerr County to be reimbursed $60,307.33 by the State)

A TRACT OF 1.8 ACRES AT CAMP PEARL WHEAT
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County engage the professional
services of a State Appraiser to evaluate a tract of 1.8 acres of land at Camp Pearl Wheat.

TO THE TEXAS WATER DEVELOPMENT BOARD
On this the 9th day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, with Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards voting
"AYE" and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
', vote, approving that UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY be authorized to submit a Research Grant
