APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO CAVERN D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, THE SUM OF $10,000.00, UPON
DELIVERY OF RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED FOR PURCHASE OF CONNECTION ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
On this the 3rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwardsl,
!' voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving payment to CAVERN D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, the sum of $10,000.00, upon delivery of right;
of-way deed for purchase of connection road right of way, to connect Bear Creek Road to
Indian Creek Road.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to CAVERN D. HARRIS, TRUSTEE, out of the Loop
534 Right-of-Way Fund upon delivery of Right-of-Way Deed.

N0. 17874 MOTION TO ALLOCATE MATERIALS ONLY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $150.00 TO REPAIR
BOAT DOCK ON EASEMENT AT INGRAhf DAM
On this the 3rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving the allocation of materials only in an amount not to exceed $150.00 to repair boat
dock on easement at the Ingram Dam.

On this the 3rd day of May 1988, upon motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by

P. M., with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings

NO. 17876 APPROVAL TO PURCHASE JURY SELECTION SOFTWARE AND ONE TERMINAL IN AN APPROXIMATE
AMOUNT OF $3,000.00, TO BE PLACED IN DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 3rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE", Commissioner
Ray and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving to purchase Jury Selection Software and one terminal in an approximate amount
of $3,000.00, to be placed in the District Clerk's Office, for all Courts' use in pulling
juries.

N0. 17877 MOTION TO PURCHASE COMPUTER SOFTWARE, TWO TERMINALS AND ONE PRINTER FOR THE
DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 3rd day of May 1988, a motion was made by Commissioner Ray, and seconded by
County Judge Edwards, to purchase Computer Software in the amount of $5500.00, 2 terminals in'
the amount of $800.00 and a printer in the amount of $1,050.00 for the District Clerk's II
Office.
