LEAI4ON BUSH On this the 3rd day of May 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the request of Leamon Bush, requesting a variance regarding tracts 12, 13, and the South 1/2 of 14 of Stoneleigh Ranch property owned by Mr. & Mrs. Leamon Bush. A motion was made by Commissioner Ray that the request to subdivide the property constitutes a Subdivision and not a variance. Motion failed for lack of a second. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
