On this the 21st day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of
WAUKESHA-PEARCE INDUSTRIES, INC., P. O. Box 200163, 3740 S. E. Loop 410, San Antonio, TX
78220-0163, for one new model 1988 Dresser 520E Front-end Loader, as per bid specifications,
in the amount of $51,389.00, less trade-in $2,500.00, net difference of $48,889.00 as ~'
recommended by Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W. Menefee. ~

NO. 17861 SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES TO BE CALCULATED ON NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED IN PAY PERIOD,
AS A PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL WORKING HOURS IN THAT PAY PERIOD
On this the 21st day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that salaries of Kerr County
Employees be calculated on the number of hours worked in pay period, as a percentage of total
working hours in that pay period, if less than a full pay period is worked.

N0. 17862 KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEES ACCRUE VACATION LEAVE AT 6.67 HOURS PER MONTH
On this the 21st day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that vacation leave for Kerr
County Employees be accrued at 6.67 hours per month of employment.
This policy also applies to resignations and terminations of employees who have accrued
vacation leave due them.

NO. 17863 SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF ROBERT LEROY MOSTY, JR., EMPLOYEE IN THE ROAD AND BRIDGE
DEPARTMENT, FOR PAY PERIOD OF APRIL 11th THROUGH APRIL 15th, 1988
On this the 21st day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a salary adjustment of ROBERT LEE MOSTY, JR.,
employee in the Road and Bridge Department, to reflect an hourly rate of $6.99 per hour, for
nay period of April 11th through April 15th, 1988.
