COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON THURSDAY, APRIL 21st, 1988 at
10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Kerr County Courtroom, with County Judge Danny R. Edwards and
Commissioners Fred Holland, Bill Ray, Victor Lich, and H. A. Baldwin present, and the Court
having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17852 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 21st day of April 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
I claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County
Law Library, Public Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Juvenile State Aid, Indigent Health
Care and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

On this the 21st day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the County Clerk's Quarterly Report of
Fines Imposed and Collected and Judgments Rendered and Collected in the County Court by the
Clerk of said Court in the amount of $87,876.09, for quarter ending March 31st, 1988.

N0. 17855 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 21st day of April 1988, came on to be considered by the Court, the Semi-
Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements, of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her hands for the period from October 1st, 1987 thru March 31st, 1988, and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $58,515.90, and it appearing to
the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
