NO. 17839 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR DETENTION OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF
KERR AND THE COUNTY OF MASON
On this the 11th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a Contract for Detention of Juvenile
~' Offenders, by and between the COUNTY OF KERR and the COUNTY OF MASON, commencing February 22nd
~' 1988 and terminating on December 31st, 1988, at a charge of $50.00 per day per child.
I It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge, Danny R. Edwards, be authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of Kerr County.

REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE THE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD FOR 1987
On this the 11th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court approved a Resolution commending the Kerr County Historical
Commission for fulfilling all requirements to receive the Distinguished Service Award for
1987.

NO. 17842 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE OF JAYE FLEMING, JAILER-DISPATCHER
On this the 11th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for JAYE FLEDIING,
' JAILER-DISPATCHER, who has received her certification, and that her salary be increased from
$13,502.00 per annum, $1125.16 per month, $562.58 semi-monthly, Pay Group 13, Step 1, to
$14,185.00 per annum, $591.04 semi-monthly, Pay Group 14, Step 1, effective as of April 1st,
1988.

On this the 11th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded

as COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of February 24th, 1988.
