Commissioners' Court recessed at 10:05 A. M., at which time County Judge Edwards, ~;
with the Commissioners' Court, presented a Proclaimation to parents and children gathered at 'I
the Courthouse, declaring the week of April 11, 1988 as "Week of the Young Child".

On this the 11th day of April 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims!;
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law
Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Traffic Safety and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

On this the 11th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
..... approving the creating of line item 10-370-400 Drug Enforcement Contribution.

LINO. 17832 COUNTY JUDGE AUTHORIZED TO DISBURSE DRUG ENFORCEMENT CONTRIBUTION FUNDS AS NEEDED
TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
On this the 11th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving a blanket order authorizing County Judge Edwards to disburse drug enforcement
contribution funds - Trust, as needed, to a Law Enforcement Agency, subject to approval by
County Attorney Gary E. Kersey, as to the procedure used, but not as to need to disburse funds.

TO MAKE EXPENDITURE OF ACCRUED EARNINGS FOR THE PURCHASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE
INDIAN CREEK/BEAR CREEK CONNECTION ROAD
On this the 11th day of April 1988, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
„_, acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustees of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, pursuant to
judgment entered in Cause No. 6127 on the docket of the 216th District Court of Kerr County,
Texas, Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, as to the purposes for which certain
accrued earnings of said Trust Fund might be expended in furtherance of the purposes for which
_said trust is created.
