approving to amend Order No. 17811, dated March 24th, 1988, as to date and time for receiving
of bids for a Modular or Mobile Office Building for the Road and Bridge Department, by
deleting the following portions "Bids to be received until 5:00 o'clock P. M., April 20,
1988, at the office of the Road Engineer, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas" and
"Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 o'clock A. M., Thursday, April 21st, 1988,
in Special Session of the Commissioners' Court", and that the following portions be added

A joint meeting between the board of Directors of the Upper Guadalupe River Authority
and the Kerr County Commissioners' Court was helci on March 28th, 1988 at 5:00 P. M. The
meeting was scheduled to be held in the County Court at Law Courtroom of the Kerr County
Courthouse, but was changed to the District Courtroom to accomodate the crowd of approximately
' 200 ueople from the Kerrville South area. The joint meeting heard comments from Bernie Bruns,
received the report of Bruce Motheral and heard presentations from Eric Lowenthal, Bob Haynes
and Jack Blanton. A poll of Commissioners' Court was taken as to their thoughts on the project
The U. G. R. A. Board proceeded to take a vote and voted to take the project no further.
'' No action was required by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court.
