NO. 17819 BIDS FOR FRONT END LOADER REFERRED TO COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER FOR STUDY AND
RECOMMENDATION
On this the 5th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
• Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that bids received for one new 1988 model
front-end loader, be referred to the Kerr County Road Engineer for study and recommendation.

N0. 17820 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF CULLUM LAKE ESTATES, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY COUNTY F.TTORNE'~
On this the 5th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF CULLUM LAKE ESTATES, with
no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, subject to approval by
I'the County Attorney, Gary E. Kersey, as to the following requirements:
1. Need for Maintenance Bond,
and

2. Language of bond, if required.
~ All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing Kerr County Subdi-
~ vision "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 17821 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS ON INDIAN CREEK/BEAR CREEK CONNECTION ROAD
On this the 5th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and
,`County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
f approving that the Kerr County Road Engineer be authorized to advertise for Bids on Indian
'Creek/Bear Creek Connection Road.
Bids to be received until 5:00 o'clock P. M., May 2nd, 1988, at the office of the Kerr
County Road Engineer, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas.
Specifications are on file in the office of the Road Engineer.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 o'clock A. M., May 3rd, 1988, in
Special Session of the Commissioners' Court.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

On this the 5th day of April 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved the request of Gerald W. Menefee, Road Engineer,
" for employment of ROBERT LEROY MOSTY, JR., in the Road and Bridge Department, effective as of
'April 11th, 1988, at a salary of $14,540.00 per annum, $605.83 semi-monthl}=, Kerr County Pay
