by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edward:
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
' approving acceptance of the Proposal of HALLIBURTON SERVICES DIVISION in the amount of
$14,650.00 for Ingram Dam Repair.
(The low proposal was rejected as a result of the recommendations attesting to the high
quality of work performed by the Halliburton Services Division.)

COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON MARCH 28th, 1988 at 4:08 o'clock
P. M., in the County Clerk's Office, with all members present, with the exception of County Judge
Edwards. Commissioner Victor Lich served as presiding officer of the Commissioners' Court in the
absence of the Judge, and the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17816 CITY OF KERRVILLE AUTHORIZED TO ADVERTISE FOR BID PROPOSALS FOR A
~ REPEATER STATION AND RELATED HARDWARE FOR THE CITY-COUNTY AMBULANCE CONTRACTOR
On this the 28th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Conunissioner Baldwin, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the City of Kerrville be
authorized to advertise for bid proposals for a Repeater Station and Related Hardware for
the City-County Ambulance Contractor, as recommended by the Public Safety Committee

Commissioner Victor Lich called for an executive session, and the meeting was
changed from the County Clerk's Office to the County Courtroom.
Commissioners' Court reconvened at 4:53 o'clock P. M., with County Judge Edwards
and all members present, and the following proceedings were had:
N0. 17817 MOTION TO CONSIDER NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE SOFTWARE GROUP, INC. FOR COMPUTER
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TO AUTOMATE THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND
AUXILIARY OFFICES
On this the 28th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved to consider negotiations with
THE SOFTWARE GROUP, INC., Collin Creek Business Center, 860 Avenue F., Suite 102, Plano,
Texas 75074, for Computer Hardware and Software to automate the Kerr County Courthouse and
Auxiliary Offices.
