~~~E NO. 17812 RESOLUTION STATE OF TEXAS X TO THE STATE PURCHASING AND COUNTY OF KERR X GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION WHEREAS: The Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to the authority granted by Article 664-7, V.T.C.S., as amended, desires to participate in described purchasing programs of the State Purchasing and General Services Commission, and WHEREAS: The Commissioners' Court is of the opinion that participation in these programs will be highly beneficial to the taxpayers of this County, through the anticipated savings to be realized; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County does request that the State Purchasing and General Services Commission to include its stated need for Contracts No. 640, Paper & Plastic Products, No. 665, Bags Polyethylene on the commission's annual contracts for those items, whereby the Commissioners' Court may be allowed to purchase those items from the annual contract; and that Fred Holland, County Commissioner, Precinct 1, is authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of Kerr County, Texas. I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the resolution duly adopted by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, on the 24th day of March 1988, and that the same now appears of record in my office.
