Bids to be received until 5:00 o'clock P. M., April 20, 1988, at the office of the Road Engineer, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas. Specifications are on file in the office of the Road Engineer. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 o'clock A. M., Thursday, April 21st, 1988 in Special Session of the Commissioners' Court.
