On this the 21st day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the promotion of PAULA RECTOR to the
position of Chief Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, to fill the vacancy created by the resigna-
tion of BOBBIE LEEDY, and that her salary as Chief Deputy be fixed at $17,283.00 per annum,
$720.13 semi-monthly, Pay Group 17 Step 3, effective as of April 1st, 1988.

On this the 24th day of March 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various

claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims

~, Library, Public Library, Revenue Sharing, Flood Control, Juvenile Services State Aid, Indigent
Health Care and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners
I" Holland, Ray and Lich and County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Baldwin
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that said bills
be paid.

NO. 17806 APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT AND CREATING NEW LINE ITEM 10-551-485 - CONSTABLE'S
SCHOOL
On this the 24th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a budget amendment in the amount of $100.00
and creating a new line item #10-551-485 - Constable's School, and authorized payment to the
Texas Police Association in the above amount.
