NO. 17800 ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF ANCO INSURANCE FOR AUTO, BUILDINGS, CONTRACTORS'
EQUIPMENT AND BOILER INSURANCE FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the proposal of ANCO
INSURANCE for Auto, Buildings, Contractors' Equipment and Boiler Insurance for Kerr County.
Auto and Building coverage is effective 3/5/1988 to 3/5/1989. Contractors' Equipment and the
Boiler Coverage is effective April 1988 thru March 1989.

At this time the County Judge, Danny R. Edwards, called an executive session, for
'contractual matters pursuant to Article 6251-17, Sec. (f).
A discussion was held with various County and Precinct Officials concerning automa-
tion proposals.
No orders were passed.

On this the 21st day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Holland and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving a Contract for Professional Services, by and between B. L. CARLILE & ASSOC.,
INC., a Texas Corporation, P. 0. Box 2677, College Station, Tx. 77841 (herein called the
~ CONTRACTOR) and the County Government of Kerr County (herein called the AGENCY), scope of
services, task 1 through 3, as per proposal, to be completed prior to July 1st, 1988.
