On this the 14th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving that Gerald W. Menefee, Kerr County Road Engineer, be authorized to proceed and
obtain clearance from the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kerrville, as to
requirements for placing a mobile or modular building on Spur 100.

ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 14th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the employment of PAULA J. GREEN as a full-
time secretary to the County Attorney's Office, at a salary of $12,232.00 per annum, $509.67
semi-monthly, Pay Group 11 Step 1, effective as of March 15th, 1988, payable out of the
General Fund.

On this the 14th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of BOBBIE
NELL LEEDY, Chief Deputy Tax Assessor- Collector, be ratified and confirmed, effective March
10th, 1988 and that she be paid for six days vacation that she has earned.
