BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 14th
day of March 1988, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 17780 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of March 1988, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County
Law Library, Flood Control, Juvenile Services State Aid, Traffic Safety and 216th District
Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin and unanimously
i approved that said bills be paid.

N0. 17781 MOTION BY COMMISSIONER BALDWIN TO INCREASE SUBSIDY FOR HUNT VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENT
On this the 14th day of March 1988, a motion was made by Commissioner Baldwin to increa
subsidy for the Hunt Volunteer Fire Department by an amount of $2,300.00 for the balance of
the Fiscal Year.
Motion failed for lack of a second.

NO. 17782 APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT AND CREATING LINE ITEM N0. 10-427-497 FOR STATEMENT
OF FACTS
On this the 14th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded

On this the 14th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of the County Treasurer to 'i

create a new fund to be known as SALES TAX REVENUE and a budget amendment, creating new line
items, listed as follows:

30-103-200 Certificate of Deposit
30-318-200 Sales tax (one per cent)

On this the 14th day of March 1988, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on February 8th, 1988, February 9th, 1988, Special
Meeting on February 18th, 1988, February 22nd, 1988, February 29th, 1988, March 1st, 1988, and=
